Every great event, it has been well said, brings one absolutely new thing into the world. Such an event was the starting of the T.S.P.Mandali in 1944 by great Visionary and dedicated Tahasildar of Sindgi, Shri V.R.Dalavi. .  His noble vision Was supported by generous patrons, Shri. Huchhappa G. Baad, Smt.Tayi Iravva Nandi, Shri. Rudrappa Jogur, Shri.Gangappagoud.A.Patil, Shri. Apparao.A.Kulkarni, Shri. Basalingappa.C. Kinagi and Shri.S.H.Gumaste and their mission were to provide education, basically, to the Children of the socially, economically, and educationally disadvantaged Community of rural areas, who constitute a significant majority. Their selfless, dedicated, and inspiring efforts pioneered the establishment of the H.G. High school in the year 1944, to spread the fragrance of Education in those pre-independent days.

     Starting with a solitary High school in the year 1944 since then, society has been and will be quenching the thirst of the seekers of knowledge. With the efforts of the present board of management headed by Shri M.C.Managuli President of the Association, it imparts education in all spheres of human knowledge ranging from primary to degree courses and Ayurvedic medical science.
